Amazing staff and beautiful hotel, being greeted BULA to being asked for refreshments on a hot day, our welcoming was very thoughtful and helpful.
The room was beautiful and appealing, restful and convenient. Staff were very helpful, however would have like a bit more variety during breakfast, regarding lighter food.
Otherwise our stay was perfect, would be looking to book here again.

環境還行，可以看到海，服務一般，在beach club那邊有個餐廳，里面的服務員只對白人笑臉相迎，打招呼問候，

合格的度假村，餐食很不錯，特別是自助晚餐，很便宜很豐富。
這個家庭套房是個雷，千萬要注意。
主要是大個大床很好，上下鋪完全沒法用，因為床墊是標準的席夢思厚床墊，所以導致上下鋪空間太矮，特別壓迫，上鋪還有一條梁壓迫，所以根本兩張床都不能用。

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Fiji. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly located. The service throughout our stay was consistently good – staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Nice resort but overpriced

Enjoyed our stay here, especially the breakfast. There was one day when the internet was out for the whole hotel for 5 hours, which was quite annoying. The rest are fine. PS. Food in the Vietnamese restaurant is just amazing!

The resort was good for relaxation. The booking includes free buffet breakfast, else available for purchase. Additionally, it includes free non-motor sports. love the view and the amenities. Will go back

Everything was so perfect! The only bad side is the beach each-self, not a blue water paradise beach but it is clean and the hotel offer lots of activities (stand up paddle, sailing, kayaking..). The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful like everyone we met in Fiji! The kids club was very good too, the tiny warriors experience is so cute and fun, a must do if you have kids. We were also able to leave our daughter at the kids club and enjoy some massage at the spa and relax at the swimming pool, amazing if have toddlers!

Inccident 1. Hotel deliberately charged $103 for a can of coke. Argued with the front desk man that I didn't consume everything in the minibar except for a can of coke. Wasted my good 25minutes explaining to him.
Incident 2. House keeping lady barged into my room at 7.30pm not even hesitated to knock on the door. Thought it wasn't an appropriate time for house keeping.
